Development plan Altona-Nord 26 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Altona-Nord 26 for the area west of Harkortstraße and Theodor-Haubach-Schule (Altona district, district 210) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
West boundary of parcels 4979, 4978, 5177, 4945, 4944, 4839 and 4838, north-west boundary of parcel 4630, via parcels 5164 and 1809, eastern boundary of parcels 1809 (Harkortstraße) of the Ottensen area — via parcels 1408 and 1406, east boundary of parcel 42 (court road), on parcels 39 and 1406, east and south border of parcel 40, via parcel 42 (court road), west and south boundary of parcel 42 (court road) of the Altona-Nordwest area — eastern boundary of the parcel 1809 (Harkortstraße), over the parcel 1809 (Harkortstraße) of the Ottensen area.
