Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Adelheid 1st Amendment and Extension” of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In the northern sub-area, a restricted commercial area is designated in the immediate vicinity of the adjacent general residential area. The purpose of the amendment of the development plan is to create the planning requirements for a location.
