Land use plan — 3 rd change — City of Großräschen
Description
The land use plan of the city of Großräschen (2006), the preparatory part of the construction planning, makes the first basic statements for the entire municipal area — the city of Großräschen with its hamlets Allmosen, Barzig, Dörrwalde, Freihufen, Saalhausen, Wormlage and Vozhkov — about the desired building and other uses of the land.
A landscape plan has been drawn up in parallel with this land use plan. This is coordinated with the lower nature conservation authority and integrated into the land use plan.
In the course of the establishment of the development plan No. 03/Sun-South/City of Großräschen OT Freihufen in 2008, the land use plan was first amended and, in parallel, the landscape plan adapted to the changes in the FNP.
The land use plan continued in 2018 through a 2nd and 3 rd amendment.
