Plan for the Management of Natural Resources and Master Plan for the Use and Management of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, approved by Decree 150/2017, of 19 September, approving the Plan for the Management of Natural Resources in the Los Alcornocales area, extending the territorial scope of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park and the Special Protection Area for Los Alcornocales Birds (ES0000049), and approving the Master Plan for the Use and Management of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park (BOJA 194, 09/10/2017).
Decree 150/2017 of 19 September 2017 approving the Plan for the Management of Natural Resources in the Los Alcornocales Area, extending the territorial scope of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park and the Special Protection Area for Los Alcornocales Birds (ES0000049), and approving the Master Plan for the Use and Management of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, was annulled by the judgment of 23 December 2021 delivered by the Reinforcement Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia, based in Seville, under ordinary procedure No. 719/2017, followed at the request of Guadalquiton Inversiones, S.L. y Servicios Indice, S.A., against Decree 150/2017, of 19 September, and by the Judgment of 23 December 2021, issued by the Reinforcement Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia, based in Seville, within ordinary procedure No. 720/2017, followed at the request of Borondo 2000, S.L., against Decree 150/2017 of 19 September.
