Hunting and Wildlife Reserves — Haute-Loire
Description
Right-of-way for hunting and wildlife reserves established pursuant to Article L 422-27 of the Environment Code.
The purpose of hunting and wildlife reserves is to protect migratory birds and endangered species and to develop tools to manage wildlife and their habitats.
They are created, depending on their interest, by the Prefect (Article R 422-82 EC) or by the Minister responsible for hunting (national reserves Article R422-92 EC).
Those established by prefectural decree are created at the request of the holder of the right to hunt and prohibit any act of hunting.
