Landscape framework map City Oldenburg
Description
On the basis of the then applicable § 5 NNatG, the city of Oldenburg developed a landscape framework plan, which was published in 1994. This is an expert opinion of nature conservation, in which the state of nature and landscape and the necessary measures for the protection, care and development of nature and landscape in the populated and uninhabited area are presented for the first time.
The text part of the landscape framework plan comprises about 480 pages, the map part consists of 16 themed maps. A short version and a leaflet provide a quick overview.
The landscape framework plan can be viewed, borrowed or purchased from the lower nature conservation authority.
Since 1.3.2010, the legal basis for the establishment of landscape framework plans is § 10 BNatSchG in conjunction with § 3 NAGBNatSchG.
