The development plan Barmbek-Nord 25 for the scope of Fuhlsbüttler Straße from the northern boundary of parcel 2512 to the Tischbeinstraße with the single roads Lauensteinstraße to Hartzloh, Langenfort to the eastern boundary of the parcel 74, Dennerstraße to Mildestieg and Alte Wöhr as well as Neue Wöhr to the western boundary of the parcel 2138, including adjacent parcels of the Barmbek area (districts of Hamburg-Nord, districts 428 and 429) is established.
