Area Steitzhof and surroundings, 1st amendment
Description
The implementation of the development plan "Areal Steitzhof und Umgebung" or the implementation of initial development and parcelling measures has shown that changes to the existing drawing and textual specifications are necessary. Among other things, the changes are intended to make better use of the existing commercial and industrial location "Am Steitzhof" by creating greater "flexibility", especially with regard to the settlement of large-scale commercial and industrial enterprises, e.g. Logistics use. Against this background, the development system will also be adapted to achieve greater flexibility.
