Distances to accident operations in the state of Bremen
Description
According to Article 13(2) of the Seveso III Directive, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate safety distance between establishments covered by this Directive on the one hand and residential areas, buildings and areas used by the public, recreational areas and major transport routes on the other.
The map shows the relevant distances in the Land of Bremen in accordance with Section 13(2)(2)(b) of the Bremen State Building Code for operating areas within the meaning of Section 3(5a) of the Federal Immission Control Act. Pursuant to Section 13(2)(2)(b) of the BremLBO, the drafter is obliged to provide information with the building plans as to whether the project is within the announced intervals. If this is the case, the authorisation exemption procedure is no longer applicable pursuant to Section 62(1) sentence 3 of the BremLBO and the project must be transferred to an authorisation procedure pursuant to Sections 63 and 64 of the BremLBO and published pursuant to Section 70(1) in conjunction with Section 70(3) sentence 2 of the BremLBO.
The map is subject to a certain inaccuracy in the presentation. In case of doubt, the information available to the competent authorities (Commercial Supervision of the State of Bremen or State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology) is decisive.
