Minimum climatological temperature
Description
Average Minimum Daily Temperature over the Tuscany Region for the 1995-2014 climate period. It concerns the periods decade, month, season, year. These data derive from the regular grid at 1km of the minimum daily temperature over the Tuscany Region obtained by spatializing the minimum temperatures measured by the available weather stations. The sources of the punctual data are the Hydrological Sector of the Tuscany Region, Aeronautica Militare, Consorzio LaMMA. The algorithm used to perform spatialization is a modification of the one proposed by Thornton et al., "Generating surfaces of daily meteorological variables over large regions of complex terrain."
