The development plan Wilhelmsburg 75 for the area of validity on both sides of the Veringstraße between Vogelhüttendeich and Fährstraße (Harburg district, district 712) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Veringstraße - southern borders of parcels 733 and 734, western and northern borders of parcel 733 of the district Wilhelmsburg - Sanitasstraße - Fährstraße - Industriestraße - via parcel 9011 of the district Wilhelmsburg - Reiherstieger Wettern - Vogelhüttendeich - Georg-Wilhelm-Straße - Vogelhüttendeich - via parcel 530 of the district Wilhelmsburg - Fährstraße - Georg-Wilhelm-Straße - Fährstraße - Weimarer Straße - via parcels 738, 737 and 747 to 743 of the district Wilhelmsburg - Mannesallee - via parcels 768, 775, 5223, 5222, 773 and 772 of the district Wilhelmsburg - Veringweg.
