Description
The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 31 for the scope Kehrwiederspitze/Sandtorhöft (district of Hamburg- Mitte, district 103) is established.
The area covers two sub-areas;these are limited as follows:
1.Kehrwiederspitze-Binnenhafen-over the parcels 900 and 1592 (Kehrwieder) of the Hamburg-Altstadt Süd-Kehrwiederfleet area
and
2.
Sandtorhöft-Kehrwiederfleet-over the parcels 1586, 1584 and 1593 of the Hamburg-Altstadt Süd- Sandtorhafen area. The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 31 for the scope Kehrwiederspitze/Sandtorhöft (district of Hamburg- Mitte, district 103) is established.
