Description
This data set contains data and locations of wind turbines subject to authorisation in Schleswig-Holstein. Further information on [wind energy](https://www.schleswig-holstein.de/DE/Themen/W/windenergie.html) can be found in the Landesportal.
## Notes on the publication of wind data Schleswig-Holstein
Wind data are updated every six months.
The presentation shall be based on the data to be submitted to the Land Office for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas of Schleswig-Holstein within the framework of the required authorisation procedure on the basis of the Federal Immission Protection Act.
The table distinguishes between installations and their possible services:
— are already in operation
— already authorised but not yet put into service
— are still under the authorisation procedure.
It should be noted that the number of installations shows significant deviations from other surveys, in particular nationwide surveys. According to our opinion, this is due to the fact that reduction and repowering rates can only be insufficiently taken into account in nationwide surveys.
## Structure of the file
The following columns are included:
— ‘district’ — name of the district on whose territory the plant is located
— ‘municipality’ — name of the municipality on whose territory the facility is located
— ‘type’ — designation of the type of installation
— ‘manufacturer’ — manufacturer
— ‘hub height’ — hub height in meters — decimal separator is decimal decimal decimal decimal decimal, text may be included for installations under approval
— ‘rotor diameter’ — rotor diameter in meters — decimal separator is decimal decimal decimal decimal, text may be included for installations under approval
— ‘sound power level’ — no guarantee for the accuracy of the data, these are approved values, field contains the number as well as the unit text
— ‘performance’ — specification of the performance of the installation (decimal separator is point)
— ‘benefits’ — Unit and unit reference to power ratio
— ‘East value’ — Eastern value or legal value of geographical position
— ‘north’ — North value or high value of geographical position
— ‘authorisation date’ — date of approval
— ‘commissioning’ — date of commissioning
— ‘status’ — status of the indication.
Here the following values are possible:
‘in operation’, ‘before putting into service’, ‘in the gene.Verf.’ = in the approval procedure
— ‘BST_Nr’ — Identification
— ‘Anl_No’ — Identification
— ‘date of data’ — in ‘dd.mm.yyyy’ format
— ‘data source’
The coordinate reference system (KBS or CRS) is used as EPSG:4647.
