Digital Water Surface Model (MNSE) LIDAR — Lawa River (Grand Santi Sector)
Description
The French Guiana Water Board has undertaken a process of knowing the potential for small hydroelectricity for electrification of isolated sites.
In order to identify and characterise exploitable sites near settlement sites, ALTOA was commissioned to acquire LIDAR topographic coverage in about 30 sectors. The data produced is a set of numerical models of field, elevation and surface of watercourses.
This MNSE covers part of the Lawa River at the right of Grand Santi.
