LGRB-BW BRS: Mining rights on hydrocarbons, legally binding
Description
For hydrocarbons (petroleum, natural gas, oil shale) as mining-free mineral resources within the meaning of Section 3(3) of the Federal Mining Act of 13.8.1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310), the State Office for Geology, Raw Materials and Mining (LGRB) grants public mining authorisations (concessions) for investigation (mining permit) and for extraction (mining permit and mine ownership). In addition, old mining rights from the period prior to the entry into force of the Federal Mining Act in the form of mining property continue to exist.
