Sewage and purification rates
Description
In May 2024, the sewerage rate in Flanders was 93%. In April 2022, the purification rate in Flanders was 86%, a more recent figure is not yet available. Purification rates have risen sharply since the beginning of 1992, when they stood at 26%, but in recent years the rise in purification rates has moderated.
