The territorial scope of development plan No 92c ‘Suhmsheide-Ost (former Feldwebel-Schmid-Kaserne) Mitte’ is located in the district of Suhmsheide, northwest of the city centre and covers the middle part of the site of the former Feldwebel-Schmid-Kaserne in the city of Rendsburg.
With the main access road, the scope includes the built-up area of the repair workshops in the northern or central part of the barracks area, covers 5.92 ha and is limited within the barracks area as follows: in the north and east by the areas adjacent to the west of the open spaces, in the south by the southern border of the main access road and in the west by the eastern border of the secondary access road from Loher Straße, which opens up the western part of the barracks area.
The development plan (B-Plan) 01058135_BP_092c_Suhmsheide_Ost_Mitte_1 has been digitally prepared. According to the resolution of the statutes, it depicts the stipulations for the urban planning order and represents parts of the binding land-use planning of the regional authority of the city of Rendsburg. The official document containing the legally binding determinations is deposited with the competent body.
