Cadiz and Malaga, PORN and PRUG of Los Alcornocales Natural Park, 2004 version March 2023
Description
Natural Resources Management Plan and Master Plan for the Use and Management of the Alcornocales Natural Park, located between the provinces of Cádiz and Málaga with an area of 167,767 ha, were approved by Decree 87/2004 of 2 March (BOJA 88, 06/05/2004).
This PORN and PRUG are again in force since Decree 150/2017, of 19 September, approving the PORN of the Los Alcornocales area, extending the territorial scope of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park and the Los Alcornocales SPA (ES0000049), and approving the PRUG of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, has been annulled by the Judgment of 23 December 2021, issued by the TSJA, within the ordinary procedure No. 719/2017, followed at the request of Guadalquiton Inversiones, S.L. y Servicios Indice, S.A., against Decree 150/2017, of 19 September, and by the Judgment of 23 December 2021, issued by the TSJA, within ordinary procedure No. 720/2017, followed at the request of Borondo 2000, S.L., against Decree 150/2017 of 19 September. The limits of the current PN Alcornocales are those of the PORN approved by Decree 87/2004, of 2 March (BOJA 88 of 06/05/2004)
