Traficom depth measurement data download service WCS

The download service of depth measurement data by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is a download service in accordance with the WCS standard, through which it is possible to download public depth measurement data in a raster format (GeoTIFF) from inland waters and, as the data is completed, also in the maritime area from the exclusive economic zone.
The service is intended for applications that support the WCS (Web Coverage Service) standard.
Raster data is offered in ETRS-TM35FIN (EPSG:3067) projection, bricked into 10 x 10 km squares as an average surface model in 2 x 2 m spatial resolution.
The service is based on Traficom depth measurement data. The material in the service will be updated as the depth point register is completed.
The material available through the service is not intended for navigation and does not meet the requirements of the appropriate maritime map.
