Description

The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Regional Planning Community Lausitz-Spreewald on the legally effective factual sub-regional plan of basic functional priorities of the region of Lausitz-Spreewald (Legal Decree of 22 December 2021), transformed into the INSPIRE scheme PlannedLandUse. The “Basic Functional Priorities” plan defines and secures basic functional priorities in the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald and Spree-Neiße as well as the district-free city of Cottbus/Chóśebuz. The Regional Planning Association Lausitz-Spreewald hereby implements a corresponding mandate from the regional development plan Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). The GSPs are usually the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to ensure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local local supply. Against this background, GSPs will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 32 districts are defined as GSP. The record is provided via an interoperable display and download service. — The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the factual sub plan for basic functional priorities (GSP) of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (legal ordinance of December 22, 2021) from the regional planning community Lausitz-Spreewald, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse.
