System for the identification of agricultural parcels in Baden-Württemberg (GISELa)

Description

The basis for the spatial data service is spatial data derived from the system for identifying landw. parcels (LPIS) and thus represent the reference system for area-related agricultural payments. In Baden-Württemberg, the cadastral parcel is used as a reference parcel. The identification system for agricultural parcels is a subsystem of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) within the meaning of Article 68 of Regulation (EC) No 1306/2013. The data are collected for the entire agricultural area of Baden-Württemberg on the basis of § 3(1) of the IACS Regulation and are continuously maintained on the basis of current aerial photographs (orthophotos) and remote sensing data. The detection scale is approx. 1:5,000. The underlying coordinate system is ETRS89. The land cover, also type of use, is defined on the individual reference parcels and may have the following characteristics, see the following list.
