Single Access Register of the Campania Regional Executive – Second half of 2023 – ANAC DECISION No 1309 of 28 December 2016 – FOIA GUIDELINES
Description
The access register shows all the access requests received and processed by the Regional Council structures collected every six months. For each instance are reported, among other things:
the type of access requested,
the date of the application,
a description of the documentation and information to which access is requested,
the office responsible for working on the application,
the outcome of the same,
the date of the decision.
The publication of the Register is functional to the monitoring, by ANAC, on generalized access, and has the purpose of facilitating the exercise of the right of access by citizens and the consultation of the requests submitted, simplifying the management of requests and the related investigative activities, favoring the harmonization of decisions, monitoring the progress of access requests and the processing of them.
