Soil benchmarks 01.01.2005
Description
Ground benchmarks are average location values for the floor, based on a square metre of land area. They are determined for a majority of plots of land which are largely identical in their actual characteristics and legal circumstances, have a substantially identical structure and location and have an almost equal price level at the time of the soil benchmarking. Soil benchmark values are therefore based on typical conditions of individual areas (ground benchmark zones).
