Description
Inventory mapping of biotope types in the study area of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the "Extension of the eastern section of the Kiel Canal" (2007 to 2009). In addition to the intervention area, the mapping includes the compensation areas Felde, Olendieksau, Krummwisch and Hütten. Depending on their spatial extent, the biotope types have been recorded as area, line or point objects (single trees). The data series of point, line and area data documented here represents a project-related section of the overall database of the biotope types recorded at the Kiel Canal.
