Plans of the area around Potsdam
Description
The historical maps - plans of the area around Potsdam - were published by the Brandenburg State Survey in 2001 as a colour reproduction. The originals are in the Staatsbibliothek Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. Available in landscape format, the maps show in different scales the area of Potsdam and its development in the years 1785 and 1786. These historical maps are characterized by a high proportion of details, among other things by the representation of the different terrain shapes with the help of the hatch method.
