Manure production and mineral excretion by farm type, 1994-2009

Description

The table contains figures on manure production and its excretion amount of nitrogen and phosphate. The production of both minerals is shown in classes (kg per hectare) with the distribution of farms over these classes. Manure production is also compared with the installation space according to the applicable standards of use and according to the use standards for equilibrium fertilisation (valid from 2015). This table has been discontinued and replaced by the new table Animal manure; manure production and mineral excretion by farm type. In the new table, the gaseous nitrogen losses for all years recalculated with the new harmonised calculation methodology of the Experts’ Committee on Fertilisers Act. In addition, the comparison of the production of manure with the standards of use in equilibrium fertilisation decayed. Data available from: 1994. Changes as of 1 December 2010: The final figures for 2009 have been added. When are new figures coming? Table discontinued as of 28 February 2011.
