Development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 34-HafenCity 2 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 34/HafenCity 2 for the area north of Brooktorhafen (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Osakaallee — northern boundary of parcels 1286 (Osakaallee) and 2036, over parcels 2042, 2040 and 1851 (brooktorkai road), west and north border of parcel 1097, northern boundary of parcels 1840 and 2043 (Strasse Poggenmühle), northwest and northeast boundary of parcel 1145, northeast and southeast boundary of parcel 1147 (Strasse Oberbaumbrücke), via the parcel 1166, the eastern boundary of the parcel 2043 (Strasse Poggenmühle), over the parcels 981 (Ericusgraben) and 978 (Ericusbrücke) of the district Altstadt-South — Brooktorhafen — over the parcel 1319 of the district Altstadt-Süd.
