Development Plan Hamburg-Altstadt 34-HafenCity 2 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 34/HafenCity 2 for the area north of the Brooktorhafen (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Osakaallee - northern boundary of parcels 1286 (Osakaallee) and 2036, via parcels 2042, 2040 and 1851 (Brooktorkai Street), western and northern boundary of parcel 1097, northern boundary of parcels 1840 and 2043 (Poggenmühle Street), northwest and northeast boundary of parcel 1145, northeast and southeast boundary of parcel 1147 (Oberbaumbrücke Street), via parcel 1166, eastern boundary of parcel 2043 (Poggenmühle Street), via parcels 981 (Ericusgraben) and 978 (Ericusbrücke) of the Altstadt-Süd - Brooktorhafen district - via parcel 1319 of the Altstadt-Süd district.
