Description
Data on Riga municipality services and e-services statistics, in cases when the e-service application is sent or applied for in the Municipal Service Processing Module (PAM) from the portal Latvija.lv.
Data fields:
* __municipality__ Municipality
* __service_code__ Service application card (PPK) ID (URN) code
* __service_name__ Service name
* __year__ Reference year
* __on_site_count__ Number of service requests - face-to-face
* __e_service_count__ Number of services requested - electronically
* __phone_call_count__ Number of service requests - by telephone
* __mail_count__ Number of service requests - mail
* __delayed_count__ Number of delays
* __complained_count__ Number of complaints
* __LvpCount__ Number of applications for e-services Latvija.lv
* __PamCount__ Number of e-services applications
* __VpvkacCount__ Number of e-services requested from the State and Local Government Single Customer Service Centre (SCSCSC), if submitted on the portal www.latvija.lv via the SCSC
* __Total__ Total number of services and e-services
* __EServiceRatio__ Degree of electronic use
* __EServiceSuccessRate__ Successful execution of the e-service. Ratio of completed and started e-services (Latvija.lv)
Attention! Local government processes and systems are being adapted to a new record-keeping system and to the www.latvija.lv e-services platform, so open data services can return empty or incomplete datasets.
