Livestock manure; manure and minerals by farm type, 1990-2013
Description
The table contains figures on manure production and the amount of nitrogen and phosphate excreted. The production of both minerals is shown in classes (kg per hectare) with the distribution of agricultural holdings among these classes. The table then compares the manure production with the placement space according to the applicable usage standards. As background data, the table also contains the number of farms and the area of fertilised agricultural area.
In the table, the data can be viewed for different types of companies (standard company typing) and the total for the Netherlands can be broken down by country, province and concentration area.
Data available from: 1990.
Status of the figures:
— figures up to 2012 are final;
— figures for 2013 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised.
