Application of biological control in greenhouse horticulture ‘95-’12
Description
The table contains figures on the use of biological control methods in greenhouse horticulture. In addition to the number of holdings applying biological control and the associated areas, this table also provides information on the quantities of biological control, by species of control and per type of crop to which the control is applied.
Microbiological pesticides (bacterial preparations) are not included in this table because they are included in the chemical pesticides.
Data on other non-chemical methods such as mechanical control and chemical control methods can be found in four other tables (see section 3. Links to relevant tables and articles).
Data available from 1995 to 2012.
