Description
The development plan Wilhelmsburg 18 for the area of application between the road Bei der Windmühle and the Wilhelmsburg Dove-Elbe, east of the Fitgerweg (District of Harburg, district 713) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
At the windmill — over parcels 2191 and 2190 of the Wilhelmsburg — Fitgerweg area — northern boundary of parcel 8155, western boundary of parcel 1771, over parcel 1765, western boundary of the parcel 1775 of the Wilhelmsburg area — Wilhelmsburg Dove-Elbe — northern boundary of parcel 5444, via parcels 7904 and 1871, West boundary of parcel 6029, east and south border of parcel 6031, eastern boundary of parcels 5033, 5034, 5035, 2362, 2363, 2216 of the Wilhelmsburg area — Schönenfelder Straße — eastern borders of parcels 8367 and 8371 of the Wilhelmsburg area.
