Register of Drug Registration Certificates issued
Description
Pursuant to Article 17a of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, the Regional Health Inspectorates issue certificates for the registration of drugstores in accordance with the procedure laid down in Articles 239-241 of the same Act, which comply with the requirements laid down in Regulation No 29/9.12.2008 on the conditions and procedures for the organisation of work in the drugstore.
