Description
The Service Preemption Rights (Vokar) represents the total area of land affected by the right of preemption pursuant to Section 66 of the BNatSchG in conjunction with Section 74(6) of the LNatSchG and constitutes the official list of land in North Rhine-Westphalia for which there is a right of pre-purchase under Section 74 of the Landesnaturschutzgesetz NRW. The database is updated three months.
