Digital orthophoto 80 cm floor resolution
Description
Digital orthophotos (DOPs) are completely equal, scale-to-scale aerial images based on Bavaria’s flight. So far, the DOP has been rectified using the Digital Terrain Model (DGM). From 2018, the Digital Surface Model (DOM) will be used. In a cycle of 2 years, Bavaria-Nord/Bavaria-South, delimited by planning regions, is flown alternately.
The bottom pixel size of the DOP80 is therefore 80 cm for display dimensions of approx. 1: 8,000 and smaller suitable. With larger display scales, the rough pixel structure of the image appears. The DOP80 is available in real colours (RGB) and greyscale via WMS. Currently, the DOP80 can only be used via a WMS. The provision of the data is subject to a fee according to effort.
