Description
With the overview ‘GZR data on undeclared work 2019’, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the administrative fine decisions entered in the sub-registers of natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons of the Central Trade Register in 2019 for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work. The data record shows all decisions imposing fines on legal persons that were entered in the central trade register in the evaluation year pursuant to Section 117(1)(1) of the Crafts Code (HwO). The entries are differentiated by branch of industry.
