Employment participation; regional breakdown 2021
Description
This table contains annual figures on employment in the Netherlands for various regional classifications. The population aged 15 to 75 is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-working population. The working population is further classified on the basis of employment and occupational level. A breakdown by gender, age, migration background and level of education is available for the different classifications. The classification by municipalities is based on the municipalities of 1 January 2021.
Due to changes in the EBB’s research design and questionnaire, the figures from 2021 onwards are not necessarily comparable to the figures until 2020.
Data available from 2003 to 2021.
