Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “DSP Downtown” of the city of Schiltach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Statute of the City of Schiltach on the formal definition of the rehabilitation area “DSP Downtown”.
