Description

Contained within the Atlas of Canada's Reference Map Series, 1961 to 2010, is a map showing national, provincial and territorial boundaries. The very limited set of populated places shown use only one type of townstamp, but the stype styles used indicates that places of 100 000 or more are in bold, whereas smaller places are in thin type. Population data are from the 1981 Census. Capital cities have their own symbols and type style. The map also shows ferries and railways. A very sparse set of drainage features are shown, with only a few of these being named.
