Interim Environment Regulation, Greenhouse horticulture and growing area Zundert
Description
The Interim Environmental Ordinance indicates growth and settlement areas for greenhouse horticulture on the maps. Within the areas identified as such, a further development of existing greenhouse horticulture companies and new establishment of greenhouse horticulture companies is permitted under certain conditions. Outside these areas, the development possibilities of existing greenhouse horticulture companies are limited. In addition, a ‘growing area Zunder’ is also included. Different rules apply to greenhouses and permanent cultivation support facilities with a view to the existing tree cultivation.
