Description

The Billstedt 91 development plan for the area of application of the Billstedt centre on both sides of the Möllner Landstraße/Billstedter Hauptstraße (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 131) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Billstedt main road - western and northern boundary of parcel 1515, northern boundary of parcel 1516, western and northern boundary of parcels 1517, 1425, 1423 of the district Schiffbek - SchifTbeker Weg - Nahtstieg - eastern boundary of parcels 2375, 1395, 2443, 2442 of the district Schiflbek - Hauskoppelstieg - eastern boundary of parcels 1405 and 1406, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 3307 of the district Schiffbek - Am Alten Zoll - northwest boundary of parcel 3745, western boundary of parcel 3552, western and northern boundary of parcels 2900 and 3745, southern and western boundary of parcel 2392 of the district Schiffbek - Lorenzenweg - Reclamstraße - Fritzschweg - eastern and southern boundary of parcel 2392, Eastern and northern boundary of parcel 3244 of the district Schiffbek - Öjendorfer Weg - Reclamstraße - Möllner Landstraße - Eastern boundary of parcel 1543, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 1557 of the district Schiffbek - Billstedter Hauptstraße - Eastern and southern boundary of parcel 1578, southern boundary of parcels 3699 and 3692, via parcel 3711 of the district Schiffbek - Geesthang - Geesttwiete - via parcel 2810, southern boundary of parcel 2807, southern boundary of parcels 2808, 3610 and 3559 of the district Schiffbek - Schiffbeker Weg.
