Description
This table contains figures on the number of job vacancies at companies and institutions in healthcare and well-being. The data can be broken down by region.
This table has been developed within the framework of the research programme Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see azwstatline.cbs.nl (see section 3).
Data available from: first quarter of 2018.
Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are provisional. This is a pre-publication based on the unchanged format of the source data.
Vacancies from the Healthcare and Welfare sector are well observed online, the weighting factors of the vacancies are relatively low. This means that in this sector, occasional errors of individual vacancies do not work towards large numbers.
The analysis of the quality of the classification of job vacancies by region is carried out. The first results are encouraging. The quality check on the regional classification will soon be extended.
Amendments as of 8 December 2023:
The table is supplemented by figures for the 3 rd quarter 2023.
As of 1 September 2022, the RegioPlus-Arbeidsmarktregion Rhine region has changed its name: the new name is “Rijn Gouwe”. This name change has been reflected in this table in time (1st quarter 2018).
Due to an improvement in the method, the figures have been revised as of the first quarter of 2018. As a result, the number of vacancies has changed by region. The totals about the Netherlands (including not to be divided) have remained the same.
