Environmental Ordinance- The landing area from the IJsselmeer area
Description
In the management area of Vallei en Veluwe Water Board, in case of water scarcity or imminent water scarcity, given the distribution of the available water for the supply area from the IJsselmeer region among the needs for small-scale high-quality use, as referred to in Article 3.14(1)(c) of the Decree on quality of living environment, priority:a. processing as industrial process water;b. temporary irrigation of capital intensive crops.This stock was established on 15 November 2023 by the Provincial States and entered into force on 1 January 2024 under the Omgevingswet.
