Self-employed; income, property, region (classification 2018), 2011-2017
Description
This table provides information on the income and wealth of self-employed persons by region. A distinction is made between, on the one hand, the persons for whom the main income is generated from self-employment and, on the other hand, all persons with income from self-employment. The figures in this table are further broken down by type of self-employed activity and by economic activity. Various levels of regional divisions are available, from municipality to country.
Reference date of target population, wealth, and municipal breakdown is 1 January of the reporting year.
All figures in this table are at person level, including capabilities; (business) assets are determined by household, and are assigned to all persons in the household as a measure of prosperity. Reference date of target population and assets is 1 January of the reporting year.
The General Business Register (ABR) is used to determine the SBI of self-employed persons.
