Description
Land and buildings register (real estate cascade) is a uniform, regularly updated set of information on land, buildings and premises, their owners and other natural or legal persons who own these land, buildings and premises. The cadastral map is an element of the state geodetic and cartographic resource and is carried out at the level of counties. It is run at different scales of 1:500 to 1:5000 depending on the density of content for the entire country. The contents of the cadastral map shall consist of the following elements: (1) Limits: country, units of the basic three-stage territorial division of the country, registration units, subdivisions, parcels, 2) marking of border points, distinguishing points whose location has been determined in the appropriate manner and with the required accuracy, and among them - points permanently stabilised in the field, 3) contours of land and their markings, 4) contours of soil science classes and their markings, 5) contours of buildings, 6) numbers of cadastral parcels, 7) borders of statistical regions and their markings, 8) descriptive and informational data, in particular: a) names of units of the basic three-stage territorial division of the state, b) designation of the registration unit and perimeter, c) names of streets, squares, ceremonies, watercourses, water reservoirs and other physiographic objects, d) numbers of public roads assigned on the basis of regulations on public roads, e) serial and registration numbers of buildings.
