WMS soil benchmarks 2018

Description

This Web Map Service (WMS) provides the database soil benchmarks as of the reference date 01.01.2018 as a raster image in the common image formats (jpeg, png, tiff). The land benchmark (Section 196(1) of the BauGB) is the average value of the land for a majority of plots of land within a demarcated area (land benchmark zone), which largely correspond according to their land characteristics, in particular in terms of type and degree of usability, and for which essentially the same general value ratios exist. It is based on the square meter of land area of a plot with the plot characteristics shown (ground benchmark plot). Soil benchmarks have no binding effect. These soil benchmarks have a cut-off date of 01.01.2018.
