Milk supply and dairy production by dairies; 1995-1997
Description
CBS, in collaboration with Productschap Zuivel, conducts a survey of all dairy factories in the Netherlands. They shall provide information on the quantity of raw milk received and the quantity of products produced from it. Data from holdings whose main activity is the preparation of ice-cream and processed cheese have not been taken into account.
Data available from January 1995 to December 1997.
