The development plan of St. Georg 39 for the scope between Lohmühlenstraße — Hospital St. Georg — Bezirks Grenz (Straße Sixlingspforte) — Lübeckertordamm (District of Hamburg-Mitte, district 113) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Lübeckertordamm — South-West boundary of parcels 663 (Lübeckertordamm), 972 (Lohmühlenstraße) and 1762, over the parcel 1762 of the St. Georg-Nord district border.
