Catering services; specifications of net turnover, 2002-2005
Description
CBS collects annually, within the framework of the business economy
statistics, data on employment and profit and
loss account of companies using the so-called
production statistics.
This table shows the results of the distribution of net turnover
to activity.
The figures of the number of holdings refer to the holdings which are at 1
January of the year under review were ‘economically active’. These are companies
where one or more people work 15 hours or more per week. This means that
companies with fewer jobs are not involved in the study.
The other results relate to all companies in the
were economically active during the reporting year.

Frequency: discontinued
As of the 2006 reporting year, several changes have been made to the
questionnaires of production statistics. As a result, a large number of
variables of the specifications of the net published in this table
turnover will be cancelled. Furthermore, a number of variables are
level of detail changed so that they are not comparable to previous
years.

All figures in the table are final.
