Description

Mosaic of old river maps in ECW made from old river maps that have been scanned. After this, the leaf edges have been removed and the images are reorientated in RD. After this, a mosaic has been made in ECW format per print, series or revision. A corresponding index file (shape) can be found from which year each individual card is. Above Rhine, Lower Rhine, Lek, Nieuwe Maas, Scheur en Nieuwe Waterweg/[Rijkswaterstaat]. — Scale 1:10,000. — [first revision]. — [the Hague: Topographical Set-up, 1873-1907]. — 1 series in 32 sheets: lithography; different formats. The deck titles vary along the top of the map. Some card sheets in combination with other series. Some pages with second edition. In the Library of the Measuring Service (Library 179) a bound copy of the pages 17-22 (all 2nd edition). Title on the cover “riversmap Nieuwe Maas 2nd revision” [sic!].
